Our policy is as described: 100% money back guarantee on all skincare products as long as the expiration date has not passed, and the lot number is available upon request.
The customer must produce proof of purchase. There is no need to return the item, simply send proof of purchase to firstname.lastname@example.org along with a picture of the lot number. Customers may only return an item once every 24 month period per SKU.
Customers may not return promotional giveaways, or if the purchase price is less than 50 percent off retail pricing.
Skincare tools may be returned with in 90 days of purchase date and customer may be asked to return the item back to Smartrskin.
To complete your return, we require a receipt, or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable).

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, or check may be sent back to customer.
There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
Only regular-priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
