Why is it important to use a moisturizer?
Using a good moisturizer can help prevent and treat dry skin; it can also protect sensitive skin and improve the texture of your skin. Using a moisturizer daily can improve the skin’s hydration and make your skin healthy and glowing.

When should I moisturize my face?
You should moisturize your face daily after cleansing. Apply SmartrSkin’s Moisturizer in the morning after cleansing it and then before retiring to bed at night. People usually feel the need to moisturize the skin only during the winter season, but your skin needs moisturization throughout the year.

How can I prevent aging skin?
Over time your skin will lose its elasticity and collagen, and it will start appearing saggy with fine lines and wrinkles. But you can improve the appearance of your skin as well as prevent or delay the onset of wrinkles with proper skincare regimen. How can I fix an uneven skin tone?

How long does vitamin C serum take to work?
A topical Vitamin C serum can absorb those free radicals and help to produce and stabilize collagen, leading to healthier skin. In order to see those effects, however, it's important for the Vitamin C to build up in skin cells over the course of several weeks. You may see results in as soon as 2 weeks to 4 months.

Can I use vitamin C Serum daily?
Vitamin C serum is typically applied once or twice per day. A good rule of thumb is to cleanse, tone, apply vitamin C serum, and then moisturize.

Can vitamin C serum used at night?
Based on your skin type, there are very few restrictions on using vitamin C serums. However, you should use it twice a day and on a daily basis if your skin allows it. You should use vitamin C serum after applying sunblock in the morning and before applying moisturizer at night.

Does vitamin C serum whiten/brighten skin?
Since vitamin C is essential for the production of collagen in the body, it makes sense that it helps prevent and reverse the signs of aging. By inhibiting that function, vitamin C will lighten any discoloration from sun spots, age spots, or acne scars with consistent use.

How do I check the status of my product order?
Once order is placed on the website, you will receive a Welcome email followed by an email from the Shipping company with Order Tracking link.

I need to cancel my order. How do I do it?
Email us at info@smartrskin.com to cancel your order. Once an order has shipped, it isn't possible to cancel it.

I need to change my order. How do I do it?
Please contact the SmartrSkin customer service team at info@smartrskin.com. As long as your order hasn't shipped, it may be possible to change it. Once an order has shipped, though, changes to your order can't be made.

What circumstances cause a product order to be delayed?
Once a package leaves our warehouse, delivery time is generally out of our control. As long as the information provided for shipping was accurate, your order should take 3-4 business days for regular shipping options in USA. Orders may also be delayed if credit, shipment info, shipment address or other information provided with your order is either incomplete or questionable. SmartrSkin reserves the right to not sell, ship or deliver any orders that it deems questionable, for any reason, including orders placed from locations or (ZIP codes) we deem to be fraud- or risk-prevalent. We also reserve the right to not sell, ship or deliver any orders/items that are intentionally or accidentally incorrectly priced by our staff and/or displayed for purchase.

I received an e-mail stating that a product or products in my order were backordered. What does this mean?
If an item or item purchased is backordered, it means we don't currently have it in stock, but we will have it in stock within a few days. If any one product in your order is backordered, it will ship separately from the rest of your order.

I just placed my order. When should I expect to receive it?
Arrival times for orders will vary based on shipping method, location and shipping provider. Generally, normal ground delivery for U.S. domestic orders takes place 3-4 business days, unless an expedited shipping method is selected and paid for during the payment process.

Can I expedite an order to any location?
If expedite delivery is available at your location, you will see an option for it at checkout.

I haven't received my package and I think its lost. What do I do?
Please check the link provided for the shipping provider to determine the location/status of your package. If the status shows that the product has been delivered, but you do not have it, please do the following: Check with a neighbor to see if your package was left with them. Check with the shipping provider and file a claim if the product is shown to have been delivered, but you did not receive it. These two methods of inquiry usually remedy a “lost order” problem. It's assumed by SmartrSkin that all customers will provide a safe location for us/our shipping providers to ship a product/package to, without the need for insurance or signature. If you believe that insurance and/or signature delivery is needed for delivery to your location, please choose a more secure shipping option at checkout. I received my package and a product is missing. What do I do?
Usually, the missing item or items are backordered. You will receive these items separately, at a later date. If you do not receive these items within two weeks, feel free to contact our expert customer service department at info@smartrskin.com

I received my package and a product is defective, broken or leaking. What do I do?
It's very unusual, but rarely a product will arrive damaged or defective in some form. Please feel free to contact our expert customer service department at info@smartrskin.com. We will ship you a new product along with a return envelope to ship us back the defective/damaged product.

Will I have to sign for my package?
Usually, a signature isn't required for standard package delivery. In some cases, though, a signature may be required. A delivery company driver may also decide to require a signature at his or her sole discretion.

I’d like to return the product/products that I purchased. How do I do it?

How long does it take to get a refund on my returned purchase?
Once a return is received by our warehouse personnel, it typically takes three to five business days for a credit to reach your account or credit card.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major forms of payment by credit, including Master Card, Visa, American Express and Discover. Paypal is also accepted. Simply select your chosen option at checkout.

Is it safe to provide personal information or credit card information on your site?

Is it safe to use my debit card to purchase items online?
Yes, all debit transactions require a “hold” on your funds. This means it will not be available to you once your order is processed. Once processed, the funds will be withdrawn and the “hold” status will be deleted or voided.

Do you accept cashiers checks or money orders?
Currently, we do not accept Cashier’s checks or Money orders, but we will be adding on payment options with time.

Yes, for the State of Florida and any other state or government entity that might require it.

My purchase is backordered. What does that mean?
It means we don't have your product in stock. Generally, items can be restocked within a few days. Your item/items will ship when we receive them in our stock for re-distribution to you.

What are cookies? Do I need to enable cookies on my computer's browser?
A cookie is a very small amount of data that's sent to your computer's Internet browser. This data is held on your computer's hard drive. How does PayPal billing work?
